The US Army Corps of Engineers issued a notice stating that it completed an addendum to the Final Environmental Impact Statement for Berths 136-147 (TraPac) Container Terminal Project, Port of Los Angeles. Comments on the addendum should be submitted within the next 30 days. 73 Fed. Reg. 67490 (November 14, 2008).
