Exmar Sells Carli Bay

Exmar has sold its 25,000 cubic meters fully refrigerated LPG/NH3 vessel Careli Bay (built MHI 1998) to ABG Sundal Collier. The vessel will be delivered to the new Owners during the middle of October following drydock in Europe.

The net sale price amounts to $49.5m. Exmar will realize a capital gain of about $20m and generate a cash surplus of $35.3m that will be recorded in the fourth quarter of 2008.
